I found out for myself after looking through the rest of his gallery after I left my original comment. Needless to say in the last month he's maybe the 20th person I found putting up images that were not their own.*sigh* Does anyone even read the copyright rules when they join this website anymore?
Yeah I honestly don't understand why so many people are on Deviant arts when they have no business being on it. They aren't posting their own stuff or they just post pictures of their gameplay. Or nudies of females like they're the photographers. I however am tired of reporting
Same here. I mean, "Art" is right there in the title of the webpage. It should be obvious this is where they're meant to put up images of things that they made themselves instead of stuff they just find through google. It's like they think this is photobucket or something. I'm getting tired of reporting it all myself only for nothing to ever be done by the dA staff. And I'm also getting tired of having to explain the rules to people only to be blocked immediatly after by them after they just send a reply of "I made it transparent so of course I'm taking credit for the render!" or "That's why it says in the description it isn't mine!" and then hide my comment.
LOl. Yeah, I hear you. I honestly like epilogue.net for the reason that the staff is really on top of their stuff and that a lot of the artists aren't entirely amateur. ( Meaning that their stuff doesn't look like it was done in the 3rd grade) But I was just talking to a buddy of mine and they agreed, saying that DA has been going downhill lately. It's frustrating and even the amount of trolls is ridiculous as well.
epilogue.net? Never heard of it. But do they really not allow amateur's on their website? When I started off I was horrible at drawing, it was only from showing my artwork to others on here that I felt that I needed to improve.
It's not that it doesn't allow amateurs it's that it's not a really known site like DA but the artists who know it love it. It's like DA except where as many people use DA like a social media site instead of an art site it focuses on the arts. Does that make sense? It's a brilliant site and I've always loved the art. Your stuff is pretty awesome. You should check it out, it might be up your alley.
